Ruby's daughter Billie King (Husband - John King) Amour Av. S.E. Atlanta, Ga His name was Grover Clarence Vincent [Wrong!] Died of T.B. in Veteran's Hosp. Oteen, N.C. [see note 1. His discharge from WWI dated 1919 shows his name was Grover "Cleveland".] - - - - - Ida Vincent (dau. of Aaron Vincent) buried at Brice's Hospital, Tuscaloosa [see note 2] - - - - - Oakley Vincent (son of Aaron) told dau. Evelyn Vincent Farris that he didn't like the fact that he only had one name so he added an initial ("D") before his [Wrong!] real and only initial "O" (for Oakley). [see note 3] - - - - - Ida Vincent (dau. of Aaron) never married says Evelyn Vincent Farris (attest Mrs Oakley Vincent declared administrator of Miss Ida Vincent's will: summons in Equity No 2739 Talladega County 13th June 1938 [see note 2] [NOTES: [1. I received a letter dated 8 June 1978 from Billie Wiebens King (Mrs. John S. King)] [ of 889 Ormewood Ave., S.E., Atlanta, GA 30316. She gave info on her family. I wrote Mr. Robinson. ] [ He replied and in a letter dated 24 Jan. 1978, he included Uncle Grover's Army ] [ record, his photo in uniform, and a brief history. Grover was hospitalized with ] [ Tuberculosis in the spring of 1929 and died in the VA hospital 5 May, 1968. ] [ ] [2. This is correct.
