2020-05-30 file created Chicken or Pork Loin (sliced boneless) & Rice - Cook 1 pkg. of Minute Rice (2 pks. for more folks) - 1 can cream chicken soup. - 1 can cream celery soup. Place cooked rice in a baking dish. Lay chicken or pork on top of rice. Mix soups together in a lg. bowl. Add at least 1 can to 1-1/2 can of water. Add gradually & mix well. Add the pkg. of Cup O'Onion Soup [Lipton] by sprinkling over chicken. Pour soup over all. Bake for 1 hr. at 350. Cover pan or dish with foil to keep it from drying out while baking. You may want to add a little sage to this dish & it tastes a lot like chicken & dressing. When preparing for a crowd, add only more meat & rice to begin with. This is a quick & easy to make dish. Let's have cabbage & corn with this one. Gana NOTE: Minute Rice is no longer sold in the "package" Gana is speaking of in this recipe. Minute Rice which doubles when cooked. 1/2 cup dry + 1/2 cup water = 1 cup cooked. 1 cup cooked rice = 1 serving. ~ Ron.V ~ Multiply by the number of servings desired.
