Golden Apple - cored & diced - 12 pimiento olives, sliced (optional) - 1/3 c. chopped sw. pickles MIX THE FOLLOWING: - 1-1/2 c. mayonnaise - 1 tsp. Dijon mustard - 2 tbsp. distilled wh. vinegar - 1 tsp. Soy sauce - salt & pepper to taste Pour the mixture over pot. Mix gently. NOTE: Gana's recipe doesn't include this part but you should peel and dice your potatoes into large chunks then cook in salted cold water until tender. Drain them in a colander, return them to the pot, let cool while preparing the rest of the recipe. After all ingredients are prepared, gently mix them then pour the above liquid mixture over them. Gently mix again and let cool in a refrigerator until ready to serve or you can serve warm if preferred (I love fresh, warm potato salad). ~ Ron.V ~
