"Smith" -- where do I start? Anyone who has ever worked on family history knows that genealogies of common names are nearly impossible to research. Some people are lucky enough to have family records or at least an older member of the family who still remembers who their ancestors were. For the past few generations, we're one of those. I have well documented research proving without a doubt that I descended from Jesse E. Smith and his wife, Fannie Fulmer.
